Back in January 2002 Darius and his fellow Pop Idol finalists Will Young, Gareth Gates, Zoe Birkett and Hayley Evetts were featured on the cover of Now magazine were they took part in a 'Big Band' style photoshoot and were interviewed about being the final five contestants left in the competition.
